BAUERNGRÖSTL
Pairs Perfectly with KRIS Pinot Noir
Ingredients
· 1 pound of waxy potatoes (boiled and sliced)
· 1 finely chopped white onion (finely chopped)
· 5 slices of thick bacon (diced)
· 1 stick of butter
· 1 pound of boiled stew beef (cooked)
· 1 teaspoon of salt
· A sprinkle of caraway (ground)
· 1 garlic clove (optional, crushed)
· Marjoram (optional)
Directions
Instructions
Cook, peel and slice potatoes.
Finely chop onions and bacon and fry in butter in a pan. Add boiled beef and fry.
Add sliced potatoes to the pan and fry everything together. Season with salt and caraway.
